This course is unbelievably timely. The Web 2.0 presentation at the annual conference was inspiring but I didn't know where to start. I have been fiddling around a practice blog for months but of my lack of knowledge made this time consuming at at times frustrating (a bit like swimming through treacle).
I can see how library blogs are a great way to interact with users (and non users) but I want to create something that's engaging, useful and worthwhile. Looking forward to learning more!
